Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Noble Mills Jasmine White Rice

  2. Microwave/Stovetop/Electric Rice Cooker

  3. Rice Dish

  4. 1 1/2 cups water

  5. 1 tablespoon ghee or vegetable oil

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/4 cup golden raisins

Stovetop

  1. Rinse the rice: Wash the  delicious kitchen premium jasmine scented white rice thoroughly under cold water.

  2. Combine ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed white jasmine rice, water, and a small amount of butter or oil.

  3. Bring to a boil: Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.

  4. Simmer: Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed.

  5. Rest: Remove the pot from heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes, covered.

  6. Fluff and serve: Fluff the jasmine scented white rice  with a fork and serve immediately.
